We are covered by public liability insurance to the value of £5 million. This will cover The Bouncing King for any damages or injuries incurred as result of using our bouncy castles or other items for hire. All our equipement is checked before and after each hire to ensure it is in a clean a safe condition, we also have our equipement checked annually by a registered safety inspector.

This does not cover the event holder, we recommed the event holder has insurance and we can advise on this if required.

We aim to deliver all our bouncy castles between 7 o'clock in the morning and 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Collection of childrens castles start at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and adult collections start at 8 o'clock in the evening. If you have one of our two days for the price of one offers, collections are started after 3 o'clock the next day.

We understand that sometimes people need a bouncy castle for a specific time such as weddings and when hiring a community hall please feel free to call us, or make a note in the online booking form and we will try to accomodate your requirements.

No. As we deliver our items around the country it would not be possible to include the price of delivery on the site, however some areas do benefit from free delivery.
